
Sofie Telöken is a researcher at the Institute for Internet Security of the Westphalian University of Applied Sciences. With a background in reinforcement learning and robotics, her expertise lies in the realm of machine learning, data analysis, and the development of advanced algorithms for complex systems. Her research interests include reverse engineering and malware analysis, as well as the application of machine learning techniques in the field of cybersecurity.
Currently, Sofie is a member of the KISSHOME research project, where she is invesitgating the potential of federated learning and other advanced machine learning strategies to address the challenges of data scarcity in network traffic anomaly detection.
